Students, staff and visitors are issued RFID or Bluetooth Badge/ Tag which transmits a signal that uniquely identifies them to the system.
Wireless Location Modules (WLMs)/Wireless Beacons (WB) are located at strategic points throughout the campus. Each WLM/ WB is configured to detect tags within a precise readzone. As students/ staff move around the campus or building, their tags are read by the WLMs WBs. These WLMs, WBs transmit the unique ID of the tags in their zone via RFID or BLE to a central RFID reader or BLE Gateway.
The readers record all movement of staff, pupils, faculty and visitors in real time and displays them in a digital map or customized GUI layout.
